Enroll

When you enroll in the Wake Forest University Defined Contribution Retirement Plan, you can make pre-tax contributions up to the IRS limit. To enroll in the plan:

  • Salary Reduction Agreement. This form shows your employer the amount you want deducted from your paycheck, as well as the vendor you wish to invest with. Your completed and signed form should be returned to your Benefits Office or Human Resources Department.

  • Complete the Enrollment/Change form. This form shows Vanguard how to invest your contributions. Please be sure to complete the beneficiary designation section of the form. Return your completed and signed form to the location indicated on the form. Note: If you don’t select investments, your contributions will be automatically invested in Vanguard Prime Money Market Fund.
